Emerging Trends in Retail Food Safety Working Group Call for Members
Are you a passionate retail food safety professional that wants to make a difference? Do you want work with us to identify emerging trends in food safety and help develop strategies to overcome challenges and promote best practices? If so, we are looking for you!
In conjunction with the Retail Food Safety Regulatory Association Collaborative, the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) is recruiting food safety professionals from both the public and private sectors of retail food safety to participate in a voluntary working group dedicated to identifying emerging food trends and food safety issues associated with these trends. This working group will work towards providing soundly supported, actionable recommendations to the FDA on possible solutions and/or improvements to current food safety practices in light of new trends.
Working group members will have the opportunity to work with like-minded retail food safety professionals and will have the ability to represent the retail food safety community on a national level, working closely with the Collaborative.
