2025 RFFM Grant Application Period
The grant portal for the CY25 NEHA-FDA Retail Flexible Funding Model (RFFM) Grant Program is open for both one-year and three-year grant applications from October 1, 2024 until November 20, 2024.
The RFFM Grant Program provides funding to state, local, tribal, and territorial retail food regulatory agencies as they advance conformance with the Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards (Retail Program Standards). Retail food safety programs can apply for a base grant (through one of three tracks) and up to two additional add-on grants. This funding cycle includes new funding opportunities as well as improvements over previous years.

If you have participated in the RFFM grant program previously, you will be able to access the portal with your existing account credentials.
