It’s difficult to reach vast and diverse communities with vital food safety information when you’re working with a tight budget. In a survey of health and food safety educators conducted by the Partnership for Food Safety Education last year, 76.7 percent of respondents indicated their organization spent less than $10,000 a year to educate consumers.
