Report: Adoption of the FDA Food Code by State and Territorial Agencies

This annual report identifies the adoption of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Food Code at the state and territorial levels. It is compiled by the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition’s Office of Food Safety using data collected obtained from FDA’s Regional Retail Food Specialists who monitor Food Code adoption activities within each state and territory.

A new report is released each year with up-to-date information.
