Environmental Assessment Just-In-Time Training

This training is for environmental health professionals conducting environmental assessments for foodborne disease outbreak investigations. The training provides succinct, “on-the-go” refreshers on interviewing, sampling, site visits, and control measures.

Each topic can be accessed individually. Each module includes topic objectives, strategies, tips and tricks, and associated tools.
