Project Description

Morbi vitae purus dictum, ultrices tellus in, gravida lectus.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has developed storyboards, cause and effect posters, and video testimonials to enhance food safety training at the retail level. These materials help food employees understand the important role they play in protecting public health.

These materials supplement traditional training materials that describe safe preparation practices or regulatory requirements by providing a vital missing piece to the learning process – a personal connection to the desired behavior and practices expected. These posters/storyboards could be posted in food preparation areas where the behavior occurs, used for training, and food safety discussion.

These posters/storyboards are designed to enhance food safety training efforts at the retail level by helping food employees understand the important role they play in protecting public health. They are available in nine different languages, including Arabic, English, Hindi, Korean, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
