Retail Food Risk Factor Study

This study seeks to measure the occurrence of practices and behaviors commonly identified as contributing factors in foodborne illness outbreaks. Reports based on the findings have been released periodically, with the most recent Occurrence Report having been released in 2015-2016. In addition to the report, summaries, factsheets, and calls to action have been created.

This study is being conducted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration National Retail Food Team.
